I am a composer/arranger of all kinds of music from big band to orchestra. I am a member of the faculty at the Florida State University teaching film scoring, music production, and music industry studies. I have a master’s degree in composition from the Eastman School of Music.
I began my career as a performer but after the charm of riding on a bus everyday faded I settled down open my own studio. I spent several years scoring for advertising and industrial/corporate video. Along the way I got an opportunity to compose and arrange for professional symphony orchestras and conductors; something I still do. These pieces range from original works to arrangements for pops concerts. I have had performances by more than 50 orchestras nationwide.
Teaching brought me back into film work and I am loving it.
