About Jinish

Originally from Mumbai, India, Jinish Shah is an award-winning Cinematographer based in Los Angeles, CA. Jinish discovered his passion for Photography early in his life and later began his professional career working for Utv Motion Pictures and Prana Animation Studios Pvt. Ltd as a CG Lighting Artist.
His credits include working on Tinker bell, Tinker bell and the Lost Treasure, Tinker bell and the Great Fairy Rescue by Walt Disney Pictures, ChubbChubbs Save Christmas by Sony Pictures Animation, Unstable Fables - 3 Pigs And A Baby by The Weinstein Company as well as few test projects for DC Comics, Jerry Bruckheimer films and so on.
In 2009 Jinish migrated to Los Angeles and enrolled in New York Film Academy's Cinematography program. After graduating successfully from the program, Jinish began his work as a Director of Photography on numerous short films, music videos and award winning feature films. His film ICEBERG, directed by Angela Liu was nominated at ''The Queer Film Festival'' Oregon, 2011, ''Los Angeles Women's International Film Festival'' 2011 and won Best Short film award in China.
