About John

John Sanders is a prolific, award-winning screenwriter, known for his well-crafted stories, intriguing characters, and witty, cutting-edge dialogue. In addition to his numerous feature film scripts, John has developed a number of TV projects, including several weekly drama series and an eight-part mini-series.

John’s scripts include psychological thrillers, historical epics, true-life adaptations, metaphysical thrillers, sci-fi action-adventures, and comedies, both light and dark. He has worked on development projects with Silver Pictures, Totem Productions and Alex Rose Productions, and was recently hired to adapt a true-life crime thriller about the largest monetary heist in history.

John attended the UCLA Screenwriting program, and continues to hone his skills by tackling new genres and searching for unique topics to explore.
