Hi, I'm Jon McPhalen, a SAG-AFTRA actor and occasional writer, producer, director. My "other life" is in electronics technology so I also enjoy working with effects artists (I've done custom circuits and programming for Steve Wang and others).
Recently I worked on a really great little web series called "Craft Ladies." My character is in fact a practical character, that is, I shoot the show and play the guy who shoots the show!
More recently I shot and directed a short written by and starring Carlos Gonzalez and Liz Iacuzzi -- I even make a cameo as their therapist. Ready for a laugh? Check it out at: http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/ef0833d271/zombie-therapy
In October of 2015 I was asked to join the stable of Liquid Studios Entertainment and I'm thrilled to be part of that team.
