About Adam

From an early age, I was always imagining movies in my head. I first held a camera at the age of 13, filming things like silly home videos and a mini-series with my friends. I joined a media class in junior high and became very popular for my editing skills. I learned a lot of things in that class, but probably the most important was that being a filmmaker was what I was meant to do.

During my final years of high school, I was busy trying to find a way to make my dream a reality. I looked at colleges but realized pretty quickly that school wasn’t the route for me. Then I had a thought - an idea that would inevitably kickstart my filmmaking career. I began writing a screenplay for what is now known as my first short film, A Complex Structure Known as a Relationship. Within days, I had a cast and crew and filming began. It premiered at the Flatland Film Festival in October of 2010.

In 2011, I began shooting music videos for local artists. I helped produce the charity film At the Top of Your Lungs which premiered at the 2011 Flatland Film Festival. In 2012, I began directing music videos for local YouTube stars, Justin Robinett and Michael Henry, whose videos have reached millions of views.

In late 2012, I began working on my second short film, Ben, I Like You. The film premiered in May of 2013 at a local screening. It was later screened at the 2013 Flatland Film Festival where it won the Audience Choice Award. My third short film, Four Eyes, received 7 nominations across multiple film festivals.

I was the head writer for Amazon Prime’s food and travel show View & Chew. I have directed, shot, and edited over 800 music videos, commercials, weddings, and films. My newest short film “Just Like The Butterfly” is hitting film festivals throughout 2022.
