Hailing from Seattle, WA, I have been producing and performing since 1993.
I have played drums in various rock bands since 1993 and currently have 12 albums of original music out on iTunes, CD Baby, Reverbnation, SoundCloud and other platforms. I currently play just as a hobby but no longer tour or record.
From 2000-2005 I was a TV personality. I had the opportunity of hosting XTREEM TV, MTV, and a variety of nonprofit events over the years through 2011. I began public speaking around 2002 when I got heavy into personal development and then became a mentor/coach certified under John Maxwell in 2008.
I have been producing film and television off and on since 2001 starting with a short film, then a public access show in Seattle called XTREEM TV, then moved on to music videos and action sports films, then eventually made a couple of feature films in 2010.
In 2015, I produced an indy feature-length drama Cold Sun and a feature-length psychological thriller Before Memory. We are seeking a distribution deal for Cold Sun and raising funds to complete the remaining 55% of Before Memory.
In 2016, I started producing a late-night variety talk show on TBN, The Chuckie Perez Show. We are currently in season two and broadcasting to approximately 160 million homes worldwide. Our host is a Christian pastor and soul R&B singer so our content is family-friendly and clean comedy. We are actively seeking celebrity and compelling guests to be on our show as well as we are seeking sponsors and partners to collaborate with so feel free to message me if you think it is a good it. :)
As of 2017, I am finishing up a feature-length documentary film about the health care system, Growing Young. We are aiming to get it onto Netflix so I am in search of anyone who currently works at Netflix, has worked there prior and/or anyone who has successfully gotten their film onto the platform.
I am in pre-production to delivery a feature-length documentary film about child sex trafficking. I have volunteered for a foundation that rescues children who are missing, abused or sex trafficked for 7 years now. I am actively seeking all appropriate collaborative tie-ups, raising funds, and developing the project!

Film (Adventure and Drama) Producer "This feature-length film is set in the barren and lifeless "Broken Heart" desert of the 1920s. "Cold Sun" is the story of a prostitute searching for her dead brother, a confused excommunicated priest seeking love, two escaped convicts in search of stolen gold, and a motion picture director trying to finance his latest film, of which all collide in a twisted tale of greed, obsession, and betrayal." Written by Isaac Medeiros
Video (Comedy) Producer Forbidden Fruit" is a PG-13 tale about an apple farmer named Adam, whose apple orchard happens to share the same irrigation ditch with his small town's newest business addition, a sexual enhancement drug factory. Adam's apples become very popular, turning his small town upside down with hilarious consequences! Written by Jeff Madsen
The Cost of Living
Film (Comedy) Producer This hilarious comedy is about the bad decisions that people can make while living under a "broke mentality"! When an elderly couple runs into some financial troubles, and their only way out is death or living on the streets, George plots a clever life insurance scam behind his wife's back, one that ensures their son will never have to work again, and one that will surely solve the couple's problems, permanently. George hires a hit-man to target himself and his wife and make it look like and accident. However, what he doesn't know might not kill him. Brett [the hit-man] is still very new at the job, and really isn't very good at killing people yet, often failing quite miserably and somehow hurting himself during his many attempts. As this wacky comedy of errors ensues, will Brett ever manage to finish the job? Or will George's clever scam be discovered? Written by Robert Legend
