About Giulia

After a childhood filled with Wilder movies and too much Nutella, Giulia Corda, a proud citizen of Trastevere, the very heart of Rome, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. She then pursued her screenwriting education in both Rome and Milan. After an early career working for Raitre, one of the three Italian national TV channels, on both scripted and unscripted shows, including a series of critically acclaimed sports documentaries, she was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship and moved to Los Angeles where she earned an M.F.A. in Writing for Screen and Television at the University of Southern California. Her thesis script, Venus Transit, earned her two Sloan grants, from USC and the Tribeca Film Institute.
Currently, Giulia is working on multiple feature and pilot projects with both Italian and American writes and directors.
