The Kuy sisters graduated from Oregon State University and Yale University. They both pursued careers in medicine, then came full circle to return to their first passion - writing. The Heart of a Tiger has received 30 awards so far. They hope to share their mother's story with the rest of the world and to honor the 2 million lives lost during the Cambodian Genocide.
