Raghav Tandon is the former Director of TV Development at Blumhouse Production, one of the biggest production companies in the industry, most widely known for thier emphasis on dark or horror projects. While the company made it's name specializing in low and micro-budget films like PARANORMAL ACTIVITY, GET OUT, SPLIT, INSIDIOUS, THE PURGE, SINISTER and more, they have also producer a number of critically acclaimed non-horror projects including the Academy Award-winning WHIPLASH, the recent cult success LOWRIDERS, and the Emmy Award-winning "The Jinx" on HBO.
"The Jinx" is was just one of many TV series Blumhouse produced including "Ascension" on Syfy, "Eye Candy" for MTV, and "South of Hell" for WEtv to name a few. They are currently in production on the highly-anticipated TV adaptation of "Sharp Objects" for HBO, set to premiere next year and starring the Oscar-nominated Amy Adams.
Raghav lives in Los Angles where he began his west coast career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and then made the move to work for Bryan Burk at Bad Robot Productions before jumping over to Blumhouse Productions. He's now looking for television projects independently to take to his numerous contacts around town.

Tips on pitching to Raghav Tandon
Within 15 minutes of your scheduled pitch, the exec will reach out by Skype or Phone. Your pitch session will last approximately 8 minutes.
Written Pitches will be no more than 2 pages submitted as a PDF or WORD document. Any written pitch uploaded past the deadline will not be shown to the executive and will result in a non-refundable forfeiture of your pitch.
Within 3-4 weeks of your pitch session, you will receive a Pitch Scorecard on which the exec you pitched will provide pitch feedback and note if they are PASSing, or would like to REQUEST your material.
If you are requested, you will be notified via email with further instructions. The execs will have 2-3 months to review your material and note if they are PASSing, or would like a MEETING. If a meeting is requested, we will introduce you via email.
Please understand that these are working executives, and their schedules are subject to change at a moment's notice. We always strive to give you at least 24 hours of notice if a session has been cancelled, and we will recommend another executive for you to pitch your material to.
