Hi guys, I'm new to Stage 32. My name's Matt and in the last year I've been getting into composing scores after playing guitar in bands for 18 years or so. I'd love to hear your thoughts on my style and perhaps network and collaborate and learn as much as I can. Welcome to the community, Matthew. I do tell my students and mentees that the difference between us composers and mere instrumentalists is that composers aren't limited by skill level. As an instrumentalist, you can only play as well as you are skilled; as a composer, your only limitation is your mind. And the mind? It's a wide canvas that never runs out. You can fit anything you want into it, however you want it. You're on the right path, brother. Let's create together.
