Directing for camera is part of directing, like Directing Actors. Directing for camera isn't the same as directing actors.

Take a look at any of the videos available on line from Michael Caine about acting for the camera. I think you'll find that what he has to say to actors will, by implication, be helpful for directing for the camera.
