Hello everyone, I’m Christopher Alexander, author of House 4785, a true story based on my own childhood experiences with trauma, survival, and an unexplained darkness that haunted my family long after we left the house.
This isn’t “inspired by true events” — it is the event.
House 4785 is a raw, brutal, and emotional memoir about what my little brother and I lived through — abuse behind closed doors, fear that grew in silence, and something in that house that wasn’t human. We didn’t imagine it. We didn’t exaggerate it. And I’m so confident in the truth of what happened, I’d take a polygraph test before a single frame of the film is shot.
That’s how real this is.
My goal is to adapt House 4785 into a feature film — something emotionally devastating, grounded in truth, and terrifying in a way that lingers. Think The Conjuring with the heart of The Lovely Bones, but every scene rooted in actual memory.
I’m here to connect with filmmakers, screenwriters, producers, and creatives who want to bring real stories to the screen — stories that mean something and leave scars.
Thank you for letting me join the community — I’m excited to meet others who believe in the power of truth and storytelling.

Hello Christopher Alexander, the idea of a personal and family-bound horror story always intrigues me, so much so that I wrote my own take on such a story, "Howard" where a woman raised as an orphan and only child finds out she has a brother, but he's being kept in a psychiatric hospital with shady intentions.
