Hello everyone,
I feel like the new kid at school. I'm new to this platform and new to this world. My name is Bruna and I'm a Lebanese immigrant living in LA. I have a background in broadcast journalism and can binge watch a show so fast you'd think I have no life (which isn't totally untrue). I've been a writer for most of my life (working in editorial mostly and then released a book in 2018). During the pandemic, I began teaching myself the fundamentals of writing screenplays specifically, because that's always been a dream of mine, but I was always too intimidated to try. Alas, the world is in disarray, so if not now, when? I've written a few things so far and continue to try and sharpen my craft. I also love reading others' work, so if you ever need an extra pair of eyes, I'm your girl. I'm also a mystic, which, I know...but, I promise I'm not sitting in some dark corner with a crystal ball. I do, however, incorporate that into my work, because my favorite thing to do is create complex characters who have a lot of nuance. Anyway, are you still reading this? If you are, kudos.
