Introduce Yourself : Kate O'Hare -- Screenwriter (Journalist and Social-Media Manager) by Kate O'Hare

Hey, all. Longtime entertainment journalist (still do it part-time) who segued into social media/digital marketing, and is making forays into screenwriting. One film under option (and re and re-re-option), another about to go out on a shopping agreement, a third awaiting notes from a prospective network, and a fourth underway. Learning as I go, with the goal of each one going out the door somewhere as soon as I finish it. Coming out of journalism, I don't write for nobody to read/see it (and I also like to be paid). The first three are holiday-themed with a light faith gloss, the fourth is about winemaking (about which I now know way too much). Finish one, on to the next, that's the way I've been trained.
