Screenwriter, Producer, Composer, and Performer evolved into Process Flow Coach

I am a writer, producer, performer, and engineer who has been fortunate to work across music, film, television, and theatre. I've been involved in nearly 50 creative projects over the past three-plus decades, some of which went on to win awards internationally.

Alongside that, I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), which is a bit of an unusual mix... but it’s one that’s become more and more relevant the longer I’ve been in this industry.

Over time, I noticed a pattern amongst friends, collaborators, and fellow creatives who were brilliant at their craft but struggling to keep everything together... juggling too many tasks, stuck in a loop of procrastination and overwork, balancing paid work with passion projects, trying not to burn out, all while trying to still have a personal life. They're situations I’ve even lived myself at one time or another.

Realizing the skills from one of my worlds could make a positive impact on the other led me to start coaching other creatives on reducing stress and finding new efficiencies... not as a side hustle or a reinvention, but really as an extension of what I’ve always cared about: helping good people make important work and still have a life outside of it.

I’m especially interested in how we build sustainable creative careers that don’t run us into the ground.

So, on top of looking for new creative projects to work on and people to collaborate with, I'm looking forward to connecting and hearing your stories. And for anyone struggling with staying on top of everything, feel free to drop me a line.
