My name is David Lomotey, a storyteller and emerging screenwriter based in Accra, Ghana.
My writing journey began in serialized storytelling, where I developed long-form, high-retention episodic stories built around emotional hooks, cliffhangers, family conflict, fantasy worlds, and revenge-driven character arcs. Over time, I have written 80+ episodes across multiple story universes, including inheritance dramas, fantasy warrior sagas, and emotionally charged family thrillers.
What excites me most is creating stories that make audiences say:“Just one more episode.”
That binge-worthy momentum has led me into screenwriting for vertical dramas, mobile-first storytelling, and film development, where I’m now adapting my serialized story instincts into visual, fast-paced, scene-driven scripts.
My goals on Stage 32 are to:
connect with producers, writers, and development executives
sharpen my screenwriting craft for short-form and feature storytelling
learn more about adaptation and treatment writing
build projects that can live across audio, vertical drama, and streaming platforms
I’m especially passionate about:revenge dramas, family empires, fantasy action, serialized cliffhangers, and mobile-first binge storytelling.
