As a former competitive gymnast I can tumble through level 6 USAG skills. I'm very comfortable on the trampoline and can throw some fun tricks. With two brothers, I know how to hold my own when it comes to karate and self defense. I took a spin with Competitive Cheerleading. Not my thing but makes it easier when cast in that role, I know the terminology.
Yep, I live in Florida so swimming and biking is second nature. I can roller skate as well. I also am comfortable boogie boarding. I'm totally looking forward to learning to surf one day.
