Michael Dzurak i like to vary my script stains, coffee, tea, beer, gin and sometimes tomato soup. Variety is key.

I see them in terms of scope, with A being the biggest and D the most specific. So, notes mentioning A a lot, means the script has grand problems. But if they mostly just mention D then the issue is much smaller. Each needs its own approach.
