How to Pitch & Circulate a TV Pilot script?

The American Dream is a Lie. We are the ones who make the USA strong. We, the undocumented people."

Hi all. I'm working on a TV episodic pilot about Immigration in America, and was wondering if any of you had suggestions on how to get your pilot script to the right channels to be considered.

I'm also looking for a good co-writer who excels in character development, as well as suspense/thriller type shows, i.e. Breaking Bad, Lost

My strong suit is more comedy but have a good ensemble based concept I'm looking to get pitched.
