I entered a Pitchdeck in the Palm Springs Pitchdeck contest and got a score of 7.1 out of 10. This is my first Pitchd3ck I have done amd am just wondering if this is good or not.

I think a score of 7 or higher means you're doing something right. It resonated. The feedback from the judges is invaluable. Making the changes will make your pitch deck far better.
