The ins and outs of a web-series

I started a weekly podcast back in January of this year that is an improv comic strip drawn on air with suggestions from the audience. Recording is easy, I'm using software to help with the streaming side of things, but making clips and editing down the highlights is taking a toll on me. Any advice for speeding up my process would be appreciated. I'm using DaVinci Resolve. Right now I'm averaging going over 1.5 hours of material and chunking it into 10 minutes super-edits in about 3 hours, but I feel like I should be editing faster, I don't know. I never went to film school for this, I'm a comic book artist at heart so the drawing part is my top strength.

Amber! I would steer you towards investigating, and using, a "Pancake" timeline. I've used this a lot in interviews, saves time. Let me know how it works out if you adopt it. Keep going strong!
