Film society is a young organization based in Saint-Petersburg, bringing local and international film makers and artists together to produce or premier their projects. We understand film as a mechanism for social change and we are committed to including as many marginalized, underrepresented and silenced voices and to opening up the opportunities of audio-visual story-telling to those whose stories aren”t heard. We are currently planning and envisioning a number of projects ranging from youth workshops to screening and small film production.
