I’ve been writing screenplays for a few years now -- solo and with a partner -- and the thing that used to trip me up most was formatting. Not the basics, but the weird stuff. Montages, flashbacks, phone calls, sound cues, characters singing -- all the stuff that makes you Google “how the hell do I write this?”
After a while, I got tired of hunting for answers. So I put together a guide called Clarity on the Page. It's not theory-heavy -- just real talk, clear examples, and stuff I wish someone had handed me when I started.
If you're figuring things out like I am, and want something that actually shows how to handle the tricky stuff -- might be worth a look. Happy to answer questions.
