Hi everyone, I’m Aucencio Martinez, a former elite track athlete, stroke survivor, and now a storyteller on a mission. In 2008, I missed qualifying for the Olympic Trials by one hundredth of a second. In 2013, I stopped running. In 2022, I suffered a massive stroke and was told I might never walk again. But I fought. I rebuilt. I rose. My story—From Stroke to Start Line—is now a feature film in development. It’s Creed meets The Pursuit of Happyness, based entirely on my true life. Not just a comeback story, but a human story about finding purpose when everything is stripped away.
