Backstory: I got talked into an Android phone a couple years ago, even though I prefer Apple products (macbook, ipad). An opportunity came up for me to replace my phone, so I've had an iphone for a few days now, and the first thing I did was download FD Go.
I chose one of my WIP scripts and made some small edits on my iphone ... then later, when I went to my ipad, it says "Download Error". I'm not sure how to handle this - I mean the edits were small enough I just retyped everything into my ipad, but long-term I'd like to have the option of working from any of my three devices (I don't use my macbook much right now, but I will again at some point). Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Is this an icloud issue, or a Final Draft issue? Internet searching has been not helpful ...
I haven't used FD Go, Kaitlyn Kiesling, but did you try to contact their support?

Not yet Maurice Vaughan ... I hate contacting support on a weekend, and I thought maybe if someone here has gone through the issue before, I can just bypass support.
