In conjunction with my Substack post, I'm at it again.
Over the weekend, I was inspired to start the follow-up script to my award-winning horror script "ABOLITION" set during post civil war era. The new script is set during the Civil Rights era and features a vampire monster.
Here are the details...
Title: SEGREGATION
Logline:
A young Black Power recruit's fight for justice turns into a war for humanity when he discovers a powerful vampire is preying on his community, turning the innocent into a legion of the damned.

This is unique as I don't think I've written a series of scripts before. This has inspired me to think of some of my other scripts as a series and to start penning outlines for a series. This may make a good novel series as well.
What do you guys think of having a script series?

I think it'll make a great series, Anthony McBride! It's interesting, exciting, unique, and it deals with important topics.
I think you're really close to a solid logline. I suggest adding what the vampire plans on doing with the legion ("turning the innocent into a legion of the damned to/for ____________").

Unless it's purposeful, I think the title on the cover page is misspelled Anthony McBride - should be "Segregation".
