the Giant Killer Script Ch 4 Pg 12 review

(Please note that this is done as it would be a script for a comic, I have a background in comics, so I use comic terms for the script. I do hope to get this made as a movie or short TV show. I'm looking for feedback on the pages, if you can take the time to read and leave a review in the comments. replace panels with shot.)

Page 12 - Six Panels (Gerarit Faces Wicke, the Two-Headed Giant)

(Ch4 Pg12 Panel One)

As the giant steps forward, the knight reaches the lever that lowers the drawbridge that spans the moat surrounding the castle. The other knights stand ready with their swords and bows, but Garerit holds up a hand to signal them to wait.

SB Garerit: "I hope you have thicker skin than your brothers, Wicke! They fell like rotten oaks in a storm!"

SB Wicke (Left Head): "I'll crush your bones into powder for that!"

SB Wicke (Right Head): "And grind the rest into the mud where you belong!"

SB (Garerit - Quietly, Confident): "He'll walk right into it."

SB (Narration Caption): "Garerit knew this giant's size would be his downfall. The tailor had already thought of a plan."

(Ch4 Pg12 Panel Two)

The castle stands tall, its stone walls lined with archers and armored knights. The moat below churns with dark, stagnant water, its depth unknown. Across the bridge, the massive TWO-HEADED GIANT approaches, its heavy footsteps shaking the earth. The giant glares at the knights, its two heads sneering.

SFX: THOOM! THOOM! THOOM!

SB Garerit: "I'm surprised you even found your way here. I thought giants like you had more brawn than brains!"

SB Wicke (Left Head): "I'll smash you into paste!"

SB Wicke (Right Head): "And we'll scatter your pieces for the crows to feast on!"

(Ch4 Pg12 Panel - Three)

The towering stone fortress looms ahead, its moat dark and murky, rippling as the massive two-headed giant lumbers closer. The knights on the battlements shout orders, their weapons ready, but they hold their ground, waiting for the right moment.

SFX: THOOM! THOOM! THOOM!

SB Garerit: "Blonderbore died howling like a frightened pup. I wonder if you'll sound the same!"

SB Wicke (Left Head): "I'll tear your tongue out for speaking their names!"

SB Wicke (Right Head): "Flesh and bone will snap like twigs beneath my feet!"

(Ch4 Pg12 Panel - Four - The Giant Crosses the Bridge, Falling Into the Trap)

Wicke strides confidently to the edge of the ramp, oblivious to the trap. Garerit waits, his eyes focused on the giant’s movements. The giant plunges into the water, unable to stop himself.

SFX: SPLOSH!

SB (Left Head): (Snorting) "A moat? You think this'll stop us?"

SB (Right Head): (Chuckling darkly) "We'll tear this castle apart, just like the others!"

SB (Gerarit - Calmly Watching): "Right where I want him."

(Ch4 Pg12 Panel - Five)

The giant's two heads bicker as it wades into the water, its massive feet sinking into the muddy depths.

SFX: SLOSH! SLOSH!

SB (Left Head): (Grumbling) "See? Told you we could just walk through it."

SB (Right Head): (Scoffing) "Bah! The moat's not even deep! They think that'll stop us?"

(Ch4 Pg12 Panel - Six - Wicke Crosses the Drawbridge, the Trap is Set)

Wicke, unaware of the trap, confidently stomps near the drawbridge, his huge steps shaking the structure. As the giant moves forward, Garerit pulls another lever that drops the drawbridge into the moat, causing it to collapse. Wicke roars in surprise, falling into the water below.

SB Garerit: "You look angrier than Blonderbore did before he hit the ground. Maybe you'll fall just as hard!"

SB Wicke (Left Head): "I'll break every bone in your body for that!"

SB Wicke (Right Head): "And dance on the splinters!"

SB (Gerarit - Watching Calmly): "Perfect."

I like the page, Gregory Barone! It's suspenseful. I like the twist too! I thought Wicke falling into the moat was the trap.

Change "Gerarit" to "Garerit" in "Page 12 - Six Panels (Gerarit Faces Wicke, the Two-Headed Giant)" and in Panels Four and Six.

I think I fixed it.
