Lighting Design Informational Article

Sorry for posting this in "Set Design", but apparently, according to Stage32, Lighting Design either doesn't exist or seeing the actors isn't important enough to list it. Anyway, here's a tutorial article I wrote last year (7 parts). Enjoy. :) http://craeft.hubpages.com/hub/Theatre-Lighting-Design-A-7-Part-Hub-Seri...

Stage 32 Staff - Julie

Hi Jeremy! A lot of our lighting questions and posts are in the cinematography section. I'll move this over into the cinematography lounge so people can chime in. p.s. - we're working on re-organizing our lounge sections - we're a small staff so it takes time, but it will be happening :)

Excellent thanks. :) I figured it fit more here since it has nothing to do with cinematography (since it's live theatre)... but good to know. Thanks for the response and info. I look forward to the addition.

Nice primer for theatrical lighting. Aspects cross over to all other forms of lights as well. Certainly worth reading. thanks for posting this.
