SYNOPSIS:

Question Marque Productions and Short Straw Productions are producing a film of two genres: Action/Adventure and the Drama of a woman's self-discovery. After a classified United States submarine - the Oblivion - ends up trapped in a dangerous rock formation off the coast of Reykjavik, Iceland; on the floor of the Reykjanes Ridge, the US government hires Dr. Kathleen Sweeney, a geological oceanographer, to travel from her Atlantic coastal town of Dungloe, Ireland to the far-reaching Scandinavian country to take images of the boat. Although, when she and her team of scientists arrive at the Oblivion's last known location, they discover that it has been completely and purposefully destroyed. The search is on to find out why... and by whom.
