Anyone in the Boston area know of locations that can be easily used as hospital settings--short of actually getting permission to shoot in a hospital?

check smaller hospitals that possibly have sections closed because of renovations, etc. They are more apt to work with you. Have your media kit ready with all necessary paperwork.
John: in NYC we have big insurance companies (NY Life, Met Life, etc.); all insurance companies have in-house clinics where people can get medical tests before the company will approve them. See if a local insurance firm will give you access after hours.
