Introduce Yourself : Horror Fiction Writer/Comic Book Writer/Aspiring Screenwriter by Shane McKenzie

Hello, everyone! My name's Shane McKenzie and I'm a horror author based in Austin, TX. I have multiple books published, including Muerte Con Carne, Pus Junkies, Fat Off Sex and Violence, Addicted to the Dead, Toilet Baby, and many more. I write comics for Zenescope Entertainment, most recently three issues for their Grimm Tales of Terror series. My novel Muerte Con Carne was adapted into a short film called El Gigante by LuchaGore Productions, which I wrote the script for. I also wrote the script for a short film called M is for Matador which was selected to be included in ABCs of Death 1.5. I just love storytelling, no matter what the medium. I'm completely addicted to it. I just finished writing the feature length script for the full Muerte Con Carne film. And this year, I hope to write two new screenplays in addition to the various other novels and comics I have coming out. It's great to be here and I can't wait to meet everyone!
