Do you think stage 32 should be split into "technical" those behind the production and "artist" those in front?

Nope its the synergistic "cocktail party" vibe that makes it interesting....
In front of production would be actors singers performers, behind would be directors sound camera lights ect. Obviously there is a blurring when it comes to writers, composers etc. I would say 3d modelers and VFX were very much behind the scenes.
