Introduce Yourself : Hello by Vicki Wiese

Hello all. My name is Victoria (Vicki) Wiese. I'm a film maker in the Houston area. I started directing live theater in 1994. In 2011, I discovered the thrills of film making. Since then, I have worked on/produced several short independent films. I'm a writer; director; producer; actor; acting coach and casting agent. Most of what I do is helping others get what they need to advance their careers. Most of the films I work on are an effort to help actors get some reel material and help give them that opportunity they wouldn't have otherwise. I used to say "I wanted to be the next Steven Spielberg of Ron Howard (my idols)". But, that's quite a deep pool. So, I'll just be happy to help others. I work a lot with young actors. I also help lots of young film producers (such as college students) needing the experience of working on a set. I do have an IMDB. Please feel free to look at it.
