Calling all filmmakers, To Trend on Twitter is a short film following a mother’s rise to fame for having a terminally ill son. It is a sharp satire exploring society’s growing addiction to our virtual lives, the cult of modern celebrity and, at it’s heart, a mother’s grief. To make this humbly-sized project with large intentions as bold and big as possible we want to really sell the idea of the lead character Susie's fame. To do this we need your help. We want to film 'fans' going crazy for Susie outside big gig venues, stadiums and celeb haunts all over the world. We're looking to capture the fans' fever, so if you have a smart phone with 4K video and a bunch of willing friends then come and get involved!
