Anything Goes : Local 800 Union - Art Directors Guild by Sarah Emily Brown

Hey all - can anyone give me some information on this union? I'm wondering how I can join this union down the line, what they require, how much employment one can gain from being apart of this, as well as what the benefits are vs. non-union. Any related discussion would be great!:)
