I am Lee A. Eide, a playwright and screenwriter from a bit south of the Twin Cities, who's got a play (film?) entitled "World-Mart: A Musical Love Story", that we're trying to raise funds for on Kickstarter. I am also revamping a post-Apocalyptic scrip, "After the End", that I started writing about four and a half years ago. I blog and write self-help books as well. Here are the pertinent websites: Wal-Mart Musical Parody: Http://worldmartamusicallovestory.wordpress.com "After the End": Http://aftertheendmoviescript.wordpress.com https://www.facebook.com/AFTER-the-END-movie-script-317980971661342/ NONFICTION BOOKS: Http://www.lulu.com/Spotlight/leewriter Http://leeeidesbookstore.wordpress.com Http;//www.gumroad.com/products/RglBe I am looking forward to connecting with and learning a ton from my fellow creatives.
Haha, nice one, Lee. I love this quote: "Musicals are so unabashedly contrived: One minute you have characters engaged in a typical, normal activity like having conversation over coffee at the kitchen table and the next instant one or both characters on their feet singing their hearts out." Sounds like a really cool project. Cheers, and Happy Holidays.
