Introduce Yourself : Midwest connections by Alexis Guthrie

Hi! My name is Alexis Guthrie and being relative new to the Stage 32 community, I would like to make connections. First of all, I’m the Production Manager of an independent, non-union film in Minnesota. As we are currently in pre-production, I’m looking for people who can assist with financing & legal matters (so we can do things right). Second, I don’t have the opportunity to be in NY, CA or even Chicago, so I don’t know where or how to find the people that can help take our project off the ground (and be ethical in doing it)! Lastly, I would also like advice on how to run our small production office efficiently. I am trying to make sure we have all the paperwork ready and have done all the groundwork so when we get ready to move into production, it will be a smooth transition.
