Dear All I have recently set up a website that i hope will showcase creative talents including Film, Writing, Photography, Music and Art. The hope is that after the website gets popular enough then the site will be able to work hard to distribute and sell the creations that are submitted meaning that creatives can start making money from their work whilst waiting to be discovered. The site should also help people get discovered as it will be a site that will have a pool of all the best undiscovered talent so undoubtably the people who can make a difference will come to the site to find the next great talent. Edinburgh Writer Launches Online Talent Showcase A new online platform is hoping to change the way artists share their work and search for other artists and creative to collaborate with. Fruit Tank is a concept developed by Edinburgh writer and filmmaker Tom Moulson who believes it will offer a new dimension to artists who want to showcase their work alongside other undiscovered talent. “Fruit Tank will be an open platform for all types of art and creativity, no matter how experimental,” said Tom, a filmmaker, scriptwriter and children’s author. “In time I would like to bring together groups of artists to create compilation playlists for music download sites, joint exhibitions for artists and photographers and anthologies of written work by various contributors.” Tom said he was inspired to create the site after experiencing the challenges of showcasing his own work as an unknown artist. “What sets Fruit Tank apart is its diversity,” he explained. “There are plenty of websites showcasing music or art or writing but it’s hard to find somewhere that brings all those skills together in one place. “As well as providing inspiration across a range of mediums, I hope Fruit Tank will open doors for artists who want to collaborate with others by allowing them to share work and ideas, discuss projects and support each other.” visit - fruit tank.co.uk tweet - @itsfruittank submit work - submissions@fruittank.co.uk
