Introduce Yourself : Introducing Mark Allyn by Mark Allyn

Hello Everyone in the Stage32 Universe - I am an actor/voice artist who is relatively new in the industry. I say "relatively new' because I reentered the entertainment business at the very young age of 48 a little over a year ago. I am now a SAG actor and I am seeking representation (commercially and theatrically) in the Los Angeles area. A bit about myself... I started out in the entertainment industry in the mid 80's with a brief stint as a radio Disc Jockey in San Diego, CA. From the mid 80's to the mid 90's I was primarily a musician and songwriter as well as a successful independent music producer/publisher. I left the entertainment industry to raise a family. During this time he worked as a Project Management Professional for various Fortune 500 companies. In 2014, after being laid-off from a well-known tech company, I decided to leave the corporate world and pursue my passion and return to my roots in the entertainment industry. Since then, I have been doing numerous voice acting roles in both voice over and on-screen work. I currently reside in my home town of Encinitas, CA with my wife, son and two English bulldogs.
