Hi Zach. Not at all, you definitely shouldn't think that way. While in High School I recommend trying to get into some plays for sure, but outside of it, make sure you have some great headshots and social presence. If you can't afford to pay for headshots, there might be a photo club or something along those lines. Use your resources. ActorsAccess is probably the best free site for casting - just get on that and stay on that, sooner than later there'll be something you can audition for. Meanwhile, on the weekends, you can try doing work as an extra. Cheers!
