Facing a director/producer soon. I'm going to pitch a border love story. Can anyone suggest questions I must get ready for? How about a "template" of such pitch?

Just keep it simple. A suggestion go to imdbpro and get background first.
There are no tricky pitch questions. There is just being prepared or not being prepared. How/why does the Protag. grow? Why is that important to the audience. Does your story have a great hook and Why? Can you pitch your story in max three minutes--including the relationship between the main characters, and what makes them tick (in two sentences+_ 20 seconds). Also think about the phrase: "Give me the same thing only different." "Can you give me your logline in a "WHAT IF... form". Think about the guy here on Stage 32 who wrote a screenplay about the question "What if there was a third Atom Bomb in WO2 to be thrown on Japan."
Have some tonal comps in mind.
As others have said, be prepared for any questions they may ask. Especially about your characters. Also remain open to their suggestions... "can Joe do this?" You reply, "Of course he can." They want to feel involved in some part of the process. And the director/producer will immediately be thinking, "How can I actually make this movie." The reality of that process. You're not pitching to a creative exec who may be focused on story only. So be very open to the idea possibly changing while after the pitch. As long as you stay passionate and focused, I'm sure you'll do fine. Good luck.
