Go to "Loglines" on your profile page, click "+ Add a new logline/screenplay." :)

Also, Nathaniel, should you have other site or navigation questions, "Need Help?" can be found within the bottom menu bar. :)

I started to look at this but it's not formatted. I'm sorry but very few people are going to read an unformatted screenplay. There's plenty of free software options out there, install one, format your story then upload it again and then you can get feedback that's worth reading.
