Sounds like VA. Commonwealth criminalization states make their income finding a way to put u in the system so you're paying their paychecks. It's so bad in VA, cops post up at Walmarts for suspicious activity, smelling for weed, at the door. Outright fucking nazi! Colorado makes their money the right way. Through good business.
