Your Stage : about Michael W. Choi by Michael Wonyoung Choi

Born in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, Michael W. Choi is a Composer, Conductor, and Filmmaker specialized in writing music for film, animation, games, and new media. He graduated from the Berklee College of Music: Valencia Campus, receiving a Master degree in Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games. He learned a production of high-quality mockups, the art of orchestration, conducting for recording sessions, and advanced mixing skills for a variety of genre of music. He proceeded to take classes at the SAIC (The School of the Art Institute of Chicago where he graduated with the Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2014. During his times in Chicago, he worked with independent directors, artists, and students to collaborate in a film, video, new media, sound, and fine art projects. Also, he co-founded student film production group called KUT Film Production, directing and producing short feature films. Michael is currently based in Los Angeles, composing various genres and medium, and open to all kinds of collaborations.
