Hey I'm Shannon I'm a writer, filmmaker, and mom from Colorado. I've been in the industry since I turned 18. I started as a PA on commercials and worked my way up from there. Currently I work as a script doctor and ghostwriter. When I'm on set I'm usually an AD or I'm in the art department.
I'm hoping to start creating more original content. I love helping others realize their creative potential, but I realized that after 14 years of helping other people's careers, and creativity I need to put that same passion into my own.
I'm working on 5 scripts right now(3 are for clients): a TV pilot, a made for TV movie, three features (zombie, female fronted action, and Lesbian dramedy). I have two low budget features that I am trying to find funding for, and two feature scripts that I'm trying to find a good home for.
When I am not doctoring scripts I also write prose, I am a published author/poet.
