Assuming your script is great. First step is to get representation and have your agent submit your scripts for you. If your script is really good, they'll contact you. However, if nobody wants your script and you still believe in your work, then I suggest doing it independently which means get your own money outside the film industry and basically make it yourself. Raise your own funds and hire an experience producer who can help you. If you're not good at raising money, rather then getting into debt, save $20 a week for 52wks = $1040, and use that 1k to film a 1min kickass scene from your script. That 1min video will show people you can deliver. Use that to raise additional money or start a crowd funding campaign with it. If you still cannot get anyone to invest in your project, then you need to rethink the quality of your script if it's actually any good. It all starts with the script, everybody is looking for the great script. If you have a great script your agent can get the money, if not, you won't.

It's time to send your query to agents and producers. This is a fine start but it's only one of several dozen places you need to try.
