I've been trying to find somebody like that for a LONG time! I've now given up and started writing my own spec script. I have three degrees and did not relish having to learn yet another dictate on how to write something properly, but am starting to enjoy it now. I can't help you, but wanted to offer my sympathies! Most people are saying "Screenwriter's Bible" is the best guide, though I'm trying to avoid buying another book after already reading others. I suppose it might be at a public library?
