If you are new - LP would cost you from 500 to 5000 for budget and schedule, pitch decks - 200-1000, business plan from 500 to 10K, sales projections from a viable SA - up to 1500, one sheet (key art) - 100-3000. Packages like Buffalo 8 or similar guys run from 5K to 6K. Everything is a game of negotiation. Worth to hire a producer (check IMDB credits!) who would get all those items at the deep discount, organize the package, team, attach talent and arrange distribution. Or you can do it yourself and learn (hopefully not the hard way) as you move alone.
