Re: Feature Film Investment Deal
We are poised to provide you with 2nd money in CRITERIA. That said; this is the last money in and even money out matching structure.
We can match liquid equity or debt investments held by the projects dollar for dollar. The money must be available and committed hard capital for us to consider the project. Tax incentives, foreign sales (Pre-distributions), or other soft money is not applicable.
Example: A US ten Million Dollars (USD $10,000,000.00) motion picture. The production company will bring US Five Million Dollars (USD $5,000,000.00) capital that is liquid and attached to the company or project. In conjunction with our financial partner, we will match the liquid investment with an equity investment of US Five Million Dollars (USD $5,000,000.00) in a co-production deal.
*This is a true last money in structure, meaning under no circumstances will our company or financial partner be the first money in or issue LOIs or MOU’s for the project to search, or secure their first money (Seed Capital).
