Hi Folks, I'm looking for advice on an operating system to create 1000s of short videos in different countries with many different collaborators, and crews, but allowing a centralised production system for creating script for voice-overs, shot list for images, call sheets, client sign off on all of these steps including edit drafts, crew task check lists and invoicing. What's the best or closest thing in your experience?

Everybody uses movie magic. It’s kinda the industry standard for scheduling and budget reports.
Yvonne, there are several platforms that do the individual tasks you mention, none do all of them nor would one likely want one to for a number of functional reasons, not the least of which is that some specialty programs are so universally adopted. PODIO is used widely in post production for project management among other things but apparently it's not widely known in indie-ville. Fully customizable, well accepted globally, and not cheap. That is your most likely candidate. People still embrace FinalDraft for scripts, MovieMagic for integrated budget / scheduling, and so on for those specific things. And then there is Stage32 itself, which in only an abstract sense is all those things you mention.
